Last updated: 24 September 2026

Welcome to Pantum Supplies. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store.

By accessing or using our website, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Pantum Supplies Pty Ltd ("Pantum Supplies", "we", "us" or "our"), a company based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Our website provides information about and sells personal care products, including our eeVee™ Oral Care range and Pureju™ Portable Bidet products.

If you have any questions about these Terms or your order, please contact us using the contact details provided on our website.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • breach any applicable Australian law or regulation;

  • infringe the rights of another person;

  • interfere with the operation or security of our website;

  • introduce malicious software, viruses or other harmful material; or

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or customer information.

We may update, modify or discontinue parts of our website from time to time, including product information, features and content.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Product packaging, accessories or specifications may occasionally change due to manufacturing or supply requirements. Where a material change affects the product supplied, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the product remains consistent with its description and applicable consumer guarantees.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and product availability from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where required or permitted by law.

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing information is accurate. If a genuine pricing error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order and receive a refund.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.

Your order is subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order in limited circumstances, such as where:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • there has been a genuine pricing or product information error;

  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or

  • we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the payment provider.

We do not normally have access to your full payment card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days.

We currently offer standard shipping within Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, peak periods and other events affecting transportation networks.

If your order is significantly delayed or does not arrive, please contact us and we will assist you in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns in accordance with that policy.

For hygiene and health reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or another remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in our returns policy or these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where the ACL applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where a product does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees.

For example, goods supplied to consumers must generally be of acceptable quality, safe, free from defects and fit for their normal purpose. (NSW Government)

For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose between a replacement and a refund, as well as compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where applicable.

For a failure that is not a major failure, you may generally be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under the ACL.

10. Product Use and Safety

Our products should be used in accordance with the instructions, warnings and recommendations provided with the product.

You are responsible for reading and following the applicable product instructions before use.

You should not modify, disassemble or misuse a product contrary to its instructions.

If you experience a problem with a product, please stop using it where appropriate and contact us for assistance.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts, bundles or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotional offers are subject to availability;

  • only one promotional code may be used per order;

  • promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • promotions may have additional terms or expiry dates; and

  • promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

Any promotion will be subject to the specific terms communicated with that promotion.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product images, designs, videos, trademarks and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Pantum Supplies unless otherwise stated.

This includes the Pantum Supplies, eeVee™ and Pureju™ brand materials.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

13. User Reviews and Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us, you must ensure that:

  • you have the right to provide the content;

  • the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

  • it does not infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory or offensive; and

  • it does not contain malicious software.

By submitting content to us, you grant Pantum Supplies permission to use, reproduce and display that content for legitimate business purposes, including displaying customer reviews on our website and marketing channels, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these requirements.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and operating properly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers, analytics services and social media platforms.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage arising from your misuse of our products or failure to follow applicable product instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

We will not seek to exclude or limit liability where doing so would breach applicable law.

17. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you use our website or purchase our products.

Depending on the size and activities of a business, the federal Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles may apply. The OAIC notes that many small businesses with annual turnover of $3 million or less are generally exempt, subject to important exceptions. (OAIC)

We recommend maintaining a separate Privacy Policy on your Shopify store rather than trying to cover privacy matters entirely within these Terms.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, website or legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date.

Any changes will apply prospectively and will not remove or reduce rights you have under applicable law.

For online consumer contracts, terms should be clear and transparent, and Australian law places restrictions on unfair terms in standard-form contracts. (NSW Government)

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

You agree that, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under Australian law, disputes relating to these Terms or your purchase will be dealt with by the courts and tribunals of New South Wales.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any consumer rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
